Who You Are Playing With, and the Rules We Run By
Play on a Malaysian floor that has run since 2021: 2,400-plus titles from 28 studios across seven verticals, all drawing on one ringgit balance, with a chat window staffed at every hour of every day. Below is where we are licensed, what we carry, how the desk is run and the rules we hold ourselves to on an ordinary day. Read the legal position first, then go and open a shelf.
What we have been running since 2021
One floor, for one market, in one currency. Every bet selector on the site is priced in ringgit with no conversion step, and the seven verticals share a single balance rather than holding seven separate wallets: slots, the live tables, the sportsbook, the 4D draws, the cannon rooms, the crash shelf and the event board.
The shape has not changed much since the floor opened. What has grown is the catalogue, from a few hundred titles to more than 2,400, and the number of studios behind it, now 28. What has not grown is the number of currencies, the number of markets or the number of wallets, all of which remain at one, because each of them would add a step between you and a game. The floor overview describes how the shelves are arranged today. It is also why the cashier and the game shelves sit on one screen rather than either side of a transfer step.
The studios we carry, and why they differ
The reel shelf runs Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Playtech, Habanero, Spadegaming, CQ9 and JDB. They are not interchangeable: a Habanero line game takes a far smaller stake than a pool-eligible Pragmatic Play title, because part of the stake on the second one is going into a shared prize rather than into the game's own paytable.
The live floor runs Evolution, SA Gaming, WM Casino, AE Sexy, Dream Gaming, Big Gaming and Asia Gaming, each with its own studio, its own camera language and its own table limits. The sportsbook side runs CMD368, Saba Sports, SBOBET, BTI, IBC and TF Gaming. We license these catalogues; we do not write the games and we do not set their odds or their return figures, which are the studio's and are printed as the studio publishes them. The dealer floor explains how the table limits differ between them.
Where we are licensed, stated plainly
Gambling in Malaysia is governed by the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953 and the Betting Act 1953. No Malaysian authority licenses an online casino, so no operator holds a Malaysian licence for one and we do not claim to. This operation is licensed offshore, and the regulator named in our footer is a foreign one.
We publish this because you are better served by the actual position than by a badge. It governs what we can promise, which is why nothing on this site describes an outcome, a payout or a run of results as something you will get; what we publish instead are the conditions, the ceilings and the timings, each printed beside the thing it limits. The 18-and-above requirement in the next block is part of the same position, and the account controls are how it is enforced in practice.
How support is actually staffed
Four channels, open 24 hours, every day: live chat in the casino, WhatsApp, a Telegram channel and email. The same desk answers all four and reads the same account record, so a question started in chat at two in the morning and followed up on WhatsApp at noon is one conversation rather than two.
Everyone on the desk answers in English, Bahasa Melayu and 中文, and you are not handed between agents to change language. The overnight shift is a real shift rather than an answering service, because the floor does not quieten at night: the European football markets settle in the small hours here and the 4D draw days run on their own clock. A cashier question at 4am is answered by somebody who can look at the same ledger entry as a cashier question at 4pm. Nothing about an answer changes because of the hour the question was asked in, and no case is reopened in the morning because a shift ended.
The rules we hold ourselves to
An account belongs to one person aged 18 or above. Payouts leave only to a bank account in the same registered name. We charge no fee on a deposit or a withdrawal in either direction, on any rail. And we hold no setting that would adjust a game, a table or a price against an individual account, because such a setting does not exist on our side of the floor.
Every condition is printed beside the thing it limits rather than at the bottom of a terms page, which is why the cash-out ceiling appears next to the bonus and the turnover appears next to the offer. Where a page would need a figure we do not publish, it does not get one. That is the whole editorial policy of this site, and it applies equally to the cheerful parts of the floor and to the parts, like the reel shelf, where the arithmetic is less flattering.
