Set Your Own Limits, Cool-Off and the 18+ Rule
Set a deposit limit, a session reminder, a cool-off or a self-exclusion yourself, from the same panel as your wallet. All four take effect the moment you save them rather than the next day, and they are enforced whether a session is open or not. Your own transaction record is the fifth control and the one most worth reading first, so open the panel before you open a shelf.
Deposit limits
A deposit limit is a ceiling you set on what can enter the account in a day, a week or a month. It is checked at the cashier before a transfer is accepted rather than afterwards, so a limit that has been reached stops the transfer instead of refunding it later.
Lowering a limit takes effect immediately. Raising one does not: an increase is held, deliberately, so that the decision to raise it is not made in the same minute as the impulse to deposit. That asymmetry is the whole point of the control and it is not negotiable at the desk. A limit sits on the account rather than on a device, so it applies on a phone and on a desktop alike, and it survives a new session on either of them. It also applies to every rail, so there is no eWallet that slips past a limit a bank transfer would have hit.
Session length and the reminder
The session reminder is a simple thing: a notice that appears on the screen after an interval you choose, telling you how long you have been on the floor and what the balance has done since you arrived. It does not close anything and it does not ask you to stop. It exists because the reels are designed to be absorbing and an hour on them does not feel like an hour.
It is worth pairing with the account panel's own figures rather than reading on its own. A reminder that says ninety minutes, next to a balance line that says what went in and what is left, is a more useful pair of numbers than either alone. If you play the reel shelf in long sittings, set a shorter interval than you would for a single live table, which is the sensible way round.
Cool-off and self-exclusion
A cool-off closes the floor to the account for a period measured in days, chosen by you. The account stays open, the balance stays where it is, the record stays readable, and nothing expires while it runs. It is the lighter of the two controls and it is designed to be used casually rather than as a last resort.
Self-exclusion is the heavier one and is measured in months. During it the account cannot be funded, cannot be played and cannot be reopened early, including by us at your request, because a control that can be lifted in the moment is not a control. Any balance in the account at the start is withdrawable in the normal way. Both controls can be set from the account panel or by asking the desk to set them for you, and neither one requires a reason or a conversation about why.
The 18-and-above rule
An account belongs to one person aged 18 or above. The age is checked when the account is verified and checked again if the details on it change, and it governs every part of the floor, including the parts that look like games rather than gambling: the daily check-in, the mini-game shelf, the missions and the reward shop.
The rule is also the reason an account is not shared, lent or operated for somebody else, and the reason payouts leave only to a bank account in the same registered name. An account that cannot pass the age check is closed and any balance returned by the rail it arrived on. Where a device is shared at home, the controls described here sit on the account rather than on the device, so a limit set at the opening of the account continues to apply whoever is holding the phone.
Reading your own record, and where to find help
The transaction record in the account panel lists every deposit, every withdrawal and every bonus with a timestamp and an amount, and it is not netted into daily totals. Filtered to a month, it answers the only question that matters here honestly: what went in, what came out, and what the difference was. Memory is consistently kinder than that list, which is why the list is worth opening.
If what you read there concerns you, help that is nothing to do with us exists. Gambling Therapy offers free online support in several languages, and Befrienders Malaysia operates a confidential listening service nationwide. Neither is connected to this operation and neither reports back to it. Setting a control here does not require you to contact anyone first, and the offers are not withdrawn from an account that has used one.
